The app is slow, log-ins are hit or miss, and it doesnt seem to update as it should. More hassle than its worth.

The "quick pay" option would be great if it would log you in, but it keeps telling you your email/password combo is wrong, so you change it and it still wont accept it!

At BG, cant log in, cant add pass, cant use Quick Pay. What is the point of this app? Im local. I know my way around. I need to use my phone for member discounts and Quick Pay. Why cant your tech people fix this?!

This app has so much potential. However, it continues to not work no matter how many times I redownload it. I am unable to log in although I have a functioning account that I use on the Internet. Therefore I am unable to use any of the pass member features or the quick pay option. Visited Tampa this weekend and was excited to see it listed wait times (however this is not a feature available for BGW). Hope to see a functioning version soon.

Simply does not work; does not allow you to log in even you U reset password many times and it does work on a regular browser; not able to use Quick Pay and no wait time listed; terrible, has potential but terrible.

App does not let you sign up. Claims there was an error processing your (signup) request, then tells you that account already exists. Its frustrating because the app just shows empty screens for half a minute and you have no idea of its broken or really slow. I spent an hour waiting in line for Lochness while fighting with this app, so it is an accurate Busch Garden experience overall.

Other reviews were correct. After initial login I left it on as we drove to park. Pay feature was great for first 30 mins. Then it booted me off. Couldnt login with correct information and change of password feature didnt help. Map works fine.

Will let me login to my account but thats it. Cant add my pass. Wont delete past passes. Have called them and complained, they dont care. The SeaWorld app is no better. Would give it a less than a star if it would let me.

I have not tried to make any payments or log in this app. Ive used it just for its map function, ride wait times, and show times. Its a lot better than other theme park apps Ive used before.

Limited app - doesnt tell you anything, map is ok but cant access wait times etc so its useless. Keeps logging me out. Also park wireless is poor, coverage spotty and signal weak what more could you ask for for $78 per day:)

This app has a lot of potential but it doesnt work. It wont let me log in to access my passes which seems to be a problem other people are having as well. The wait times, map, and car finder are great ideas but this app needs a lot of work!

When the app said 25 min wait for a ride, and the real wait was 45 min, I asked the attendant how often the app was updated, he stated "they try to call and ask every 15-20 minutes for a wait time, but I wouldnt rely too heavily on the app, to be honest " I appreciated his honesty, but cmon!!!! Busch Gardens, thats sad! Cedar Point in OH has their wait times on the app dead on.

I downloaded this app because it advertised wait times for the rides, but they were non-existent. Also, I tried to add my annual pass into the app to use some of the other features and it kept telling me my info was invalid. Whoever designed this app should be canned.

Shows most rides are closed even though they are open. Not helpful at all.
