Great ideas in this app but very poor implementation . The "explore the park" map needs to be selectable to full screen on an iPhone. The size of what is displayed in the current application is much too small to be of practical use. Other portions of the app appear to be well done but I was forced to still carry a paper map as the iPhone version was too small to be of use. A full screen version would rectify this.
Frustrating. I keep getting the error when trying to add my pass: "We could not find a valid pass with these details." Deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing to fix the issue. Customer service is baffled on the numerous times Ive tried to get this resolved with them. Also if the app could stop asking for permission to use my location every 3 seconds thatd be great, once is enough.
The map on the park still has the Christmas map in May? Are you serious? It make it really hard when you have to use a map that has incorrect things on it. Seriously how have you not updated the map???
Ive worked with their customer service folks and they just tell me to contact someone else--who then passes the buck as well. This app is fairly useless to me because I cannot add my passes.
Are you kidding me you have to be in the park to get wait times? That makes absolutely zero sense. Im sorry but I live local and sometimes would like to see what the times are to see if its worthwhile to make the trip up. No reason it shouldnt be available to everyone. This app is a joke and the Disney app blows it out of the water.
This app has some god features but consistently disappoints. The wait times are rarely accurate, and the map still shows Christmas town. It is now May.
I agree with other reviewers that the app has a lot of potential...but doesnt deliver. Quick pay works, however the system kicks you out every few minutes so you have to login each time you want to use it, what a waste of time. Its much faster to just pull out your credit card. Good thing I didnt leave it at home as the feature suggests. It was somewhat helpful helping us navigate the park.
I have loved bush gardens since I was little and my fiancé and I got annual passes and I have been trying ever so hard for over a month now to get this stupid add to work. It wont let me log on or register any annual pass to my account nor will it let me edit my account information. If you cant even get your "amazing" app that you advertise so much to work than is it really worth almost $400 for the year? This is awful and ridiculous. Dont air something if it doesnt even work.

Login takes at least 5 min if it ever works at all. Also, the need to login every time is ridiculous.
So here you go. 1. Install the app. 2. Add a credit card in it for quick pay. 3. Then screenshot the quick pay barcode. 4. Add your annual passes to it. 5. Tell it to send your passes to your i-wallet. 6. Grab a map when you walk in the park. 7. Then never open the app again as its horrible.
I saw so many negative reviews I was hesitant to even bother with this app...but mine works great. No problems logging in (you have to create an account if you dont already have one). I see everything I would want to see...so dont just assume you will have issues...because it works great; at least it does for me.
Cant log into a working account. Cant use any account based features. Cant add a pass because it cant read barcodes. Cant use quick pay. Map doesnt list all rides. Many show items on the map dont work. Not a single feature in this app actually works. Dont waste your time. Enjoy your visit. Dont install it and let this app frustrate you.
This app is big time hit or miss. The map is the only portion that is consistent and useful. If you try to log on for anything... just forget about it. It would be useful for keeping your card info handy, if the login worked. It would be great for buying tickets, if the login worked. Alas, even with uninstalling the app and reinstalling, the login just doesnt work. Its just easier to bookmark the website and use that, at least the login works there. For now, the app isnt work the time, or space it uses - if you really want it on your device, just use the website in a browser.
Constant app hangs. Unable to login often. Poor map function. Almost makes me want to skip the park. Sea World Parks - please fix or remove from the app store. You should be embarrassed.
I have downloaded and deleted this app 4 times and I still can not log in! I have changed my password and I can log in online but the app wont let me! Its really annoying that an app that supposedly has so much to offer pass holders wont let pass holders sign in! Please fix this!! Going to BG today and wont be able to use the app!
I cant even get past the log in screen. I have a working email/pw but the app keeps rejecting it. It works fine on the website. Please fix it!
App doesnt consistently allow logins, logs you out, it is buggy, and performance is poor. As a season pass holder, this app would be very useful, but it is just a frustration!
Too bad this app doesnt work. It shows most rides are closed yet everything is actually open. Cant see wait times when it shows the ride is closed.
